When Women Gather: Reclaiming Our Voices

This women’s gathering focuses on reclaiming our voices, our stories and the ancestral rituals which have long been practiced and live in our bones. This workshop includes circle, gentle movement and guided meditation along with story telling to take back authentic power and activate the sacral and throat portals.

Katie Young is an authentic, compassion intuitive guiding fellow women through their journeys to self-awareness and activation. Among her certifications as a 500hr registered yoga teacher, Reiki II healer and Wild Enchantress women’s work facilitator, Katie leads circles and yoga teacher trainings throughout CT. Her intention is to share the wisdom of yoga, nature, art and sound with those who feel aligned to explore their creative potential.
