Family and Children’s Laughter Club!
We all could use more laughter in our life. Join us as we guide your children, adults, and family through silliness and fun. We’ll lead an array of games and excitement around the the principles of Laughter Yoga: Breathing, laughing, connecting with ones own laughter, and bonding through family and community. All that’s required is you and your laughter.
Happy Happy Puppets Puppets!!
Play with an awesome array of puppets and then make your own! We’ll create some simple but very imaginative puppets then give our creations life with our hands and our voices. Our puppets will then put on a show for all that are interested. Suitable for all ages.
Connection through Play!
In this session, open to all ages, we will form a playful and giggly community through improv theater and movement games. We’ll move gently and organically through the space to take in each other and the natural world around us.
Boing! Boing! Boing! Silly Stretching with the Body Band
What’s a body band? It’s a super duper long piece of elastic fabric, like a giant rubberband but more soft and less snappy. Come stretch, relax, and support each other in this active and silly session. Open to everyone!
What’s it like to put on a red nose and act really silly like even sillier than you already act? Come find out! Release your inner clown of joy and happiness.
