Colin has been a Permaculture activist and advocate for over 3 years. He enjoys sharing his knowledge on design principles, medicinal plants, edible forestry, and ecology. He has his own startup project called Vibration.Energy Permaculture where he shares his passions in Permaculture education, property assessment, and design. He got his Permaculture Design Certificate in 2014 and has been teaching workshops ever since.
He got his BA at Hampshire College, in Amherst, MA. His senior project focused on permaculture, outdoor education, and radical anti-oppression in the world of environmental activism. He focuses on the connections between identity politics (i.e race, class, gender etc.) and the food justice, social justice, and environmental justice.
In his free time Colin is also a writer, photographer, digital artist, glassblower, and designer. He designs visionary t-shirts and does photography for mainly transformational events.
